Commitment

STTACC holds quarterly all day in person/monthly 1.5 hour virtual (Except December & June) board meetings each year. This schedule will be defined by the in coming board members. All board members are expected to attend these meetings. Board members should be prepared to have the expense for attending these meetings (travel, meals, mileage, etc.) covered either by their respective college or individually. In the event that your planned funding falls through, STTACC may be able to cover a portion of this cost on a limited (case by case) basis.

I understand the purposes of the STTACC Board, and if I am selected, I will devote the time and resources necessary to fulfill this commitment. I understand that I will have secured approval from my supervisor for release time and financial support before submitting my application to the President Elect.
I understand if any participant proves to be a disruptive influence or shows disregard for STTACC objectives or well-being of the board, they may be removed by a two-thirds vote of the Board (article VII of the STTACC Bylaws).
